Tiger 3: Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif Roar to Success in a Global Cinematic Thrill

Tiger 3 is a highly anticipated Bollywood film starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif that was initially scheduled to release on Eid 2023. The film will be released in three languages and will reprise the roles of Tiger and Zoya from previous films in the series, “Ek Tha Tiger” and “Tiger Zinda Hai.”. The director of Tiger 3 is Maneesh Sharma, who takes over from Kabir Khan and Ali Abbas Zafar, the directors of the previous two films. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has cleared Tiger 3 with a ‘U/A’ certificate, making it suitable for all audiences, but parental discretion is advised for children under 12 years.

The film is part of a shared universe with other characters, as suggested by the cameos in both “Tiger 3” and Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming film “Pathaan.” Fans have praised Salman and Katrina’s chemistry in the previous two films and expressed their excitement about the third film with endless comments and emojis. Tiger 3 is expected to be a big hit, and fans are eagerly awaiting its release. Tiger 3 made its digital debut on Diwali 2023, ending its theatrical run with an impressive Rs 464 crore worldwide collection.

The film centers around Tiger (Salman Khan), his partner Zoya (Katrina Kaif), and a terrorist, Aatish Rehman (Emraan Hashmi). Shah Rukh Khan also has a special appearance in the film. Tiger 3 minted Rs 339.50 crore in India and Rs 464 crore worldwide. Although it had a strong start during the holiday period, mixed word-of-mouth and the Cricket World Cup affected its chances of reaching the Rs 500 crore global mark.

However, it became director Maneesh Sharma and actor Emraan Hashmi’s highest-grossing film and the second-highest for Katrina Kaif worldwide. It also ranked as the fourth highest-grossing film for Salman Khan globally. Manish Menghani, director and head of content licensing at Prime Video India, said that they have had a longstanding and successful partnership with Yash Raj Films and have been home to some of the most successful films in Indian cinema.
